
Site Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Site Operations & Equipment Management
• Track and manage key performance indicators
• Organize equipment logs/data & integrate feedback from both Korean and local engineering teams.
• Analyze performance data and provide reports to improve operational efficiency and quality.
Quality & KPI Management
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on equipment utilization and key metrics.
• Manage inventory and preventive maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with in-house engineers to identify and resolve equipment issues
Communication & Coordination
• Act as the main communication bridge between Korean HQ, local engineers, clients, and partners.
• Lead internal meetings and summarize key discussions for reporting.
• Provide interpretation and on-site support during client visits and meetings.
• Assist with preparing and translating reports or documents for HQ communication.
• Maintain structured communication flow to ensure alignment between all stakeholders.
Workforce & Site Support
• Manage onsite staff and daily work schedules.
• Support EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) training and promote workplace safety.
• Coordinate schedules for site visits and inspections.
• Occasional administrative support such as airport pick-up or housing/vehicle coordination for visiting staff.
Operational Support & Growth
• Identify on-site issues quickly and propose improvement plans.
•Troubleshoot equipment issues & participate in continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Complete on-the-job training to understand equipment and site processes.
• Demonstrate ownership and passion to grow with the company and build its future together.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. (Green Card or U.S. citizen)
• Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in operations, equipment, or manufacturing (battery/EV industry preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Motivated, growth-minded professional with initiative
